Welcome back! Last time, Van and Angelica added two kids and a cat to the mix. Not much else happened though.
They felt they could afford a playmate (read: Mate) for Alabaster.
Oyster joined the family and was not sure he liked his new makeover.
The first meet happened in the backyard in the rain. This quickly has become a favorite pic of mine and is now my cover picture on facebook.
Alabaster: How dare you sniff me, you fiend!
Oyster: I just want to be friends.
One of Angelica’s paintings sold for about $1,500. She then outfitted the backyard for the kids.
She was very helpful keeping the cats entertained. Alabaster and Oyster were doing well together and hopefully they become friends soon.
Van got home from work in time to do Tea Rose’s birthday.
Angelica was not happy to be woken up for the party though.
She looks like Van to me. She gained inappropriate in a random roll. (Cherry had been given Cat person).
Oyster contracted fleas and precious money had to be spent on a tub to bathe him. Alabaster almost had enough points for the hygienator.
Angelica was really enjoying the quiet time. With both girls in school, she was able to do what she wanted and go where she wanted.
She vowed to finally get the good luck spell to work.
Instead, she went into labor on the first try.
When she got home from the hospital, Angelica also brought Mulberry. Sadly, our first boy is a human.
Tea Rose: Looks like I am going to be heiress by default.
Cherry: Better you than me.
The girls go around the area picking up gems and rocks. Alabaster takes care of the little critters.
They bought the science station when they did up the backyard. Angelica used her magic to make it unbreakable.
The girls still spend most of their time playing with their dolls. Boring. Both of them.
Painting continues slowly.
But eventually they had enough. The girls now have a bedroom of their own.
And baby four was made.
Mulberry did his time as an infant, and now it’s time to see how he looks.
Cute kid, not as cute as Cherry, but still a cutie. He is an eccentric genius. He likes Geek Rock, Autumn Salad and Lime.
Baby four is confirmed. *fingers crossed for a witch*
*Play session 2, part 2*
Tea Rose is trying to solidify herself as heiress by keeping the cats happy.
Tea: Oh yay, Lights! No more playing outside in the dark.
Van is supposed to be cooking 5 perfect dishes, not playing on the water slide.
Angelica plays her guitar with Mulberry accompanying her on the xylo.
Other skills do need to be learned too.
Cash flow problems continue on, so I had Angelica paint.
Van: Off to work. Stay out of trouble.
Angelica: Get a promotion tonight, we need the money.
The girls are always asking each other about their day, even though they are in the same class at school. Van and Angelica are just glad that Cherry is not upset that she is just a human.
Everything is so cheap and is always breaking. Angelica is the one relegated to fixing it.
Birthday time! Yep, that is TWO cakes.
One for Cherry and the other for Mulberry.
Cherry: Hurry up, Mulberry! I want cake!
Someone is not happy to be dressed in pink and rainbows.
The excitement of the party has brought on labor.
Luckily the hospital is just a taxi ride away.
Our human female is Orchid Blush.
Tea Rose’s competition for Heir/ess is our Wizard Harry (j/k), I can’t remember his name.
Van goes right back in his attempt to cook 5 perfect dishes.
Mulberry is now included in Tea Rose’s happy little world.
The newest ones never stop screaming. The whole house is in a pit of despair because these two never let anyone sleep.
I found it kind of strange that Cherry’s IF waited until after she became a teen to want to come out.
All three kittens were born with the brown spots. I only kept one as is. All three will move in with townies at one point and another batch will be made. I want a good mix of both parents.
I let them live and they did become cute little tots.
There is something just plain wrong about a kitten pouncing on their dad in the middle of a pee puddle.
Orchid stopped screaming bloody murder long enough to learn to potty.
So, did her very loud counterpart.
Tea: Mom, will the twins ever shut the hell up so I can go to sleep?
Angelica: Someday, when we have them buried in the backyard. Go find the shovel, daughter.
Tea Rose never made it to the shovel because of her birthday came out of nowhere. I don’t even recall the popup.
Oh golly, it’s Angelica’s adult birthday! I didn’t know that either.
With the onset of adulthood, a very sleep deprived Angelica wanted to cast a toad spell. It kept backfiring though.
Tea is trying to deal with the toddlers, while dodging the passing out of everyone and their pee puddles.
This marks day 6 (two as infants) of screaming hellbrats. They have only learned to potty at this point.
Her toad spell finally worked!
I am so glad they don’t have Tart as a last name.
It just keeps getting worse and worse. Pretty soon they will all be passed out.
Except for Tea Rose, who was caught playing with the zombie hoarde.
She did finally get her makeover. It is prom night. Tea Rose got Queen and Cherry got into a dance off and a fight.
Now that they can afford to have two cribs, the babies finally got real sleep and stopped screaming constantly. I did have to open the game. His name is Kobi Shiraz.
They had a lot of fun playing peekaboo and they both learned to walk and talk.
Tea Rose finally got her closeup. I think she turned out gorgeous.
Pretty picture of Cherry watching the sun go down.
At this point, I’m thinking that these two will head off to University and become the first of my families to go. I had a tester family go, but not a weekly regular.
A new gift showed up, so the girls did enjoy playing it. I do believe that Cherry kicked Tea Rose’s ass.
A pregnant Angelica crashed on the water slide. They snuck a TFB earlier and Van was late for work.
Angelica is also in a midlife crisis. She wants to work out until fatigued and flirt with this Leroy guy. A pregnant Leroy at that.
While mom is being an ass at the gym…
Cherry finds herself taking care of the twins singlehandedly. Tea Rose could not be bothered.
Confirmed! I am definitely not happy about it, but I don’t really care for Kobi all that well and Tea Rose is a shoo in at this point. So, we have a 50% chance of another witch.
The lot went weird and I had to reset the lot. Angelica flirted for no reason because it removed her midlife crisis. Cherry, again, took care of both twins.
She also took both twins to their birthday cakes. I missed Kobi getting his cake because I was fighting with Angelica who won’t go near the twins now that she is older. She was flat out dropping all interactions regarding picking up Orchid. Cherry finally had to do it.
Next week, we will see how the twins turned out, see a new baby, have more kittens and probably have a ton of birthdays.
